Garlic Banana Prawns with Vetta SMART Protein Spaghetti

Cooking time: 15 minutes, serves 3-4

  • 375g Vetta SMART Protein Spaghetti
  • 400g Australian Banana Prawns
  • 2 x large chillies finely sliced, (Optional; extra for garnish)
  • 2 x tbs olive oil
  • 1 x bunch parsley
  • 6 x cloves garlic finely sliced
  • 1 x lemon
  • Salt and pepper to season
  1. Cook the SMART Protein Spaghetti in a large pan of boiling salted water until al dente.
  2. Meanwhile, add olive oil to the base of a medium frying pan
  3. Add garlic, and chilli and cook for 1 min
  4. Add prawns, and cook until slightly browned
  5. Drain the spaghetti, reserving some of the liquid, add the spaghetti to the pan and a dash of pasta water then toss through.
  6. Serve with a squeeze of lemon, parsley, (optional; extra chilli) and salt and pepper to taste
